- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Clear communication on both ends. Clear understanding of what they’re looking for and how we are going to take care of it.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My primary experience lies in hands-on work. While I hold an HVAC background, as I am pursuing my state license, I am currently unable to utilize the majority of my skills for liability purposes. However, I am capable of handling basic non-licensed projects. I am optimistic about obtaining my license in the near future.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I’ve always enjoyed helping people and getting my hands dirty fixing things.
