Jennifer Vidal manages all of my multi-family properties.
Jen is very thorough and highly dependable.
I generally do not write reviews but when she asked me to be a reference I could not refuse.
I have worked with Jennifer for 3 years now and have seen a huge improvement compared to my previous property manager.
Jennifer is a true property management professional and she is extremely knowledgeable on HUD and low income housing. Jen is always available for tenant needs and emergencies. She has always provided me with good and affordable contractors and maintenance workers.
Jen has a great relationship with my tenants, which has helped tremendously in lowering my delinquencies to almost non existent.
I can't say enough good things about Jennifer. I am very happy with her services and pricing.
