We make every effort to decrease the cost of your sessions, and therefore, we request payment arrangements for all therapy sessions at the time they are rendered. Unless prior arrangements have been made. AUTHORIZATIONS: Some insurance plans may require that you get authorization from them before you visit us. Since this differs by plan, please check with your insurance company so you can receive complete benefits from your coverage. CO-PAYS: Many plans require that you make a copayment at the time of your visit. To make it as easy as possible for you, we accept cash, checks, and most major credit cards at our offices. PAYMENTS BY CASH: We offer a sliding scale for you that is based on income and family size to help you out in these tough times.
