- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We typically do not provide pricing over the phone because we want to fully understand your issue before providing you with a quotation and will provide 1st time customers with free estimates. We are fully licensed and insured (including workers comp) and we may not be the cheapest pricing, but we will be very competitive and fair with our pricing and provide a full guarantee of our work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With new customers we offer free estimate, but always want to visit the home before providing a quote in order to fully understand the plumbing issue that you may be having. We also would like to familiarize ourselves with your home, by knowing the date when it was built and any previous problems that you may have had with your plumbing systems.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are licensed and insured and we continue to provide our service experts (plumbers) with training.
