I have to give Harry 5 stars considering I was an hour late! Yikes... I had an unexpected delivery show up at work which caused me to be late. Harry was on time respectful and managed to hang out until I came home. I told him I would reschedule but he insisted that it was ok and would like to see what he could do with the remaining time he had before he had to leave. Harry did in fact complete the job quickly, very efficiently and provided the utmost quality workmanship I could ask for. Harry knows his stuff. I would highly recommend him. Thank you, Harry. See you again in the future.

Harry was professional, polite, knowledgeable, showed good work ethic and did the job in a timely manner (garbage disposal replacement and electrical switch and outlet fixed. He even noticed my dishwasher hose wasn’t installed correctly and fixed it for me! His rates are fair and quality of work was great. He took the time to discuss other home projects and repair options with me. I was impressed and will be using Harry the Handyman for several other home repair projects down the road.

Harry was amazing!! He did an incredible job mounting our 65 inch tv to our stone fireplace. He was on time, worked incredibly hard, and was completely thorough. And he was way cheaper than all the other quotes we received. Cheaper price but not at all cheaper quality!! Thanks so much Harry!!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Nope - not complicated at all. Labor + Materials (+ any funky thing that might be needed for an odd job) = Price of Job
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It's not too difficult of a process. Once I send a quote for the requested job, I wait for the customer to get back to me. We could talk through Thumbtack, through texting via phone, or the customer can call me directly. I like to find out a little more in detail about the job needed and then we would schedule a time to meet. Sometimes it's easier if I see the job first and other times I could just show up and start working. My typical hours are Monday through Thursday around 10am to 4:30pm. On occasion I do work later and also on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Those days are special consideration only though. That's it!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Not officially. I am an avid fan of the internet.
