Harry was very professional, personable, and did a great job. There was an extra pipe needed to replace the garbage disposal, he was able to get it and the total price was very reasonable.

Harry was professional, polite, knowledgeable, showed good work ethic and did the job in a timely manner (garbage disposal replacement and electrical switch and outlet fixed. He even noticed my dishwasher hose wasn’t installed correctly and fixed it for me! His rates are fair and quality of work was great. He took the time to discuss other home projects and repair options with me. I was impressed and will be using Harry the Handyman for several other home repair projects down the road.

Harry's communication was excellent, responded within two hours to each contact. We hired Harry to fix a leak in our double-bowl kitchen sink. He quickly isolated the problem, and repaired it. He was knowledgeable, efficient, neat and polite. Very "husband-for-hire", I felt comfortable having him in our home. My husband asked him to fix a problem with one of our garage door openers. Once again, he isolated the problem, solved it and fixed it. His price was lower than he quoted (first visit and quote were no charge) and very, very reasonable. Overall, outstanding experience with Harry, we will be calling again and again.Thank you, Harry!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Nope - not complicated at all. Labor + Materials (+ any funky thing that might be needed for an odd job) = Price of Job
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It's not too difficult of a process. Once I send a quote for the requested job, I wait for the customer to get back to me. We could talk through Thumbtack, through texting via phone, or the customer can call me directly. I like to find out a little more in detail about the job needed and then we would schedule a time to meet. Sometimes it's easier if I see the job first and other times I could just show up and start working. My typical hours are Monday through Thursday around 10am to 4:30pm. On occasion I do work later and also on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Those days are special consideration only though. That's it!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Not officially. I am an avid fan of the internet.
