As well, I have the resources available to respond to my customers within one hour, twenty four hours a day, no matter the size or type of loss – be it water, fire, smoke, or mold. What I like most about my job is helping my customers restore their homes or businesses and personal belongings to pre – loss condition after they have suffered a loss. I am glad that I am able to offer a service to my customers that help them recover quickly and with as little anxiety as possible.

    I utilize a very easy to understand pricing system called Xacatimate. This software has proved time and time again to be easily understood by my customers as well as the most fair, equitable, and transparent way of pricing my services.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    Yes, I stay abreast of all the latest developments in my field. Through committed attendance at roughly 5-10 Continuing Education events every year, I make sure to be educated regarding all recent developments with products, services, and equipment.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

    The most common jobs I handle for my customers are water damage mitigation, fire/smoke mitigation, and mold remediation. My main goal is to respond quickly, limit any secondary damage, and help my customers return to their normal lives as quickly and as easily as possible.
