- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I utilize a very easy to understand pricing system called Xacatimate. This software has proved time and time again to be easily understood by my customers as well as the most fair, equitable, and transparent way of pricing my services.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, I stay abreast of all the latest developments in my field. Through committed attendance at roughly 5-10 Continuing Education events every year, I make sure to be educated regarding all recent developments with products, services, and equipment.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
The most common jobs I handle for my customers are water damage mitigation, fire/smoke mitigation, and mold remediation. My main goal is to respond quickly, limit any secondary damage, and help my customers return to their normal lives as quickly and as easily as possible.
