Introduction: ☀️ Eleni Tech was founded by Sarah, a software engineer with a passion for teaching and enabling others.
🌴 We offer Mac & PC training through the lens of your problems, your questions, and your goals.
💻 While we DO take on one-off requests for tech support, we specialize in functional computer, tablet, and mobile literacy.
📚 What does that mean? It means that the less you need to call upon us, the more we've done our job. We start with the basics (your first, every day problems) and work our way up to more complex goals (maybe you want to teach virtually or advertise your business online).
💿 Every coaching session is held remotely via screen sharing and includes a follow up email with mini lessons from your session. This way, your "LIVE" instruction on your personalized issues can be referenced in the future.
🙄 There is No Judgement. Ever. We firmly believe that saying "I don't know" is necessary and important practice in tech and in our own lives.

I can't thank Sarah enough for the wonderful skills she has helped me develop! It started with fixing a small problem with my file storage, but now I feel like I can take on the computer world on my own! Sarah is amazing. She is there for a crisis or stuck project, but at the same time, she is teaching me how to solve problems myself, short cuts and tricks to make computer life easier. I have her come every week – or when crisis hits - and always learn more than I expected.

Sarah and her assistant Michael helped me set up my new Mac for work and get comfortable with the functionality. I used to own a PC and the experience is totally different. I was surprised at how easy it was to work on the problem remotely with them, but they are patient and genuinely supportive and it became natural after three sessions or so. They also followed up with small recordings of lessons from the session which I've gone back to a time or two.
