As a woman who does a lot of DIY, it's refreshing to have an hvac contractor consider you a peer and explain things effectively, and without cutting corners. Did a comprehensive evaluation, whereas the previous consult that I had came up with a completely different direction of issues. SKY is not the cheapest and not the fastest - but they communicate effectively on when they can make it (I only waited 2 days -Lena came on a Sunday morning which I really, really appreciate) and made the decision process based around our values and priorities; very trustworthy. Would highly recommend and will definitely call for future maintenance and issues.

Lena was a pleasure to work with. He gave thorough explanations on what the issues were, how he had diagnosed them, and provided solutions and options to address the issues. I would hire him again without hesitation.
If I had to say something negative, it would be the need to multiple comfirm a repair. I usually when making contact indicate the exact date, time and quality expected and will get annoyed having to reconfirm this multiple times thorughout a process.
The work was done on a satursday and of a high quality. Good to know that I got an upfront price for the complete job. Would recommend for anyone with a gas furnace that needs repair in a timely manner

• Gas furnace maintenance: $120 — includes cleaning, inspection, and testing for safe and efficient operation.
• Oil furnace or boiler maintenance: $200 — includes cleaning, nozzle replacement, filter change, and full tune-up (these systems require more parts and labor).

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to school for about a year and a half to study HVAC and learn the ins and outs of heating and cooling systems. After that, I completed my apprenticeship program and continued gaining hands-on experience in the field.
Over the years, I’ve worked on both residential and light commercial systems, handling everything from maintenance to full installations. After building a strong background and real-world skills, I decided to start Sky Heating & Cooling LLC to provide customers with reliable, professional service done right the first time.
