I worked directly with Joan on landscaping projects for a couple of my properties, and it was a great experience. He was responsive, took the time to understand what I wanted, and communicated with me throughout the process. Since I wasn’t in the area, we even did a few FaceTime calls so we could walk through the work together, which I really appreciated.

He and his crew did a great job cleaning up the properties. I had missed the spring cleanup, so there were quite a few weeds, but they got everything cleaned up and left the yards looking neat and well-maintained.

What stood out most to me was their reliability. Joan and his team did what they said they were going to do, followed through on their commitments, and delivered quality work. I’m very happy with the results and look forward to working with them again.

Joan answered my inquiry within minutes after placing it, he was here to give an estimate about two hours later, and his crew came over to do the first mow two days after that (it would have the next day, but it rained that day) at a reasonable price. His crew did a great job, and I was very pleased. We’re set up to continue mowing every two weeks.
