FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically don't like to be pushy especially with a new customer. I always understand that money is always a big issue but safety is our number one issue. if I have a new customer with a serious electrical problem that has the potential of being dangerous to their home and their lives, I make them realize that even if I don't do the work it needs to be done by another electrician because it's going to lead to disaster.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked directly under the president of Miele electric and power, who holds an E1 master unlimited electrical license. This man is an electrical genius! He is great in the field when it comes to troubleshooting a problem, but he is also incredible when it comes to laying out and preparing for any electrical service or wiring install. There is nothing he doesnt know. I feel i was privileged to have worked for him. Everything i know i owe to this man!!!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I originally began working on printed circuitry. then that evolved into working on higher voltage items such as electric motors. I also had done monitor repair too. Such as tvs and old xo screens. then once I got into commercial and residential electrical installation and wiring there was no turning back.
