- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Brickstone we do not use a standard pricing system and the reason is that different projects need different material , and the size of the project makes all the difference when it comes to pricing as well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process usually starts by getting information from the customer on what he/she wants to get done. It is very important to carefully listen to the customer as everything has to come exactly how they wanted, that is going to be the end result and that is our goal. The next step is to take a look at the area we are going to be working and evaluating it by measuring it and calculating how much materials we are going to need. Explaining the customer on how the project will start , what materials we are going to be using and how much time it will take is very important, also we like to give them an idea of what the project will look like based on their requirement.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
