- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We pride ourselves on always quoting a fair price. We never look to overcharge our customers. We will review the event details and try to submit a price that we feel is more than fair.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We work hard to try and make sure everything the customer wants for their event is taken care of. We will discuss songs, room size, lighting options, sound options, and stay in constant communication. Our goal is to make sure that the customers event goes exactly as they had hoped.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have years of experience in the DJ field. We have worked events with less than 100 in attendance to events with several thousand, and we have the equipment to handle anything that comes our way.
