This was my first time contacting Thumbtack for one of my projects so I was a little apprehensive. Ed made my experience very pleasant, responded to every one of my inquiries promptly, arrived on time, performed the job quickly & professionally. Ed installed 2 of my Ring Camera Floodlights in my backyard and also programmed my new garage door opener. Never having used the ring camera floodlight application before Ed walked me through the process of the set up beautifully. He was very kind and patient as he assisted me in setting up the ring device and positioning it to cover the desired areas of my property. It would be such a pleasure to work with him again.
