Introduction: Karen Bean Accounting Solutions provides bookkeeping services to small and medium sized businesses. Our three-tiered bookkeeping packages are customized for each specific client and tailored to meet the needs of your business while staying within your budget. Services are performed remotely from our offices using any version of QuickBooks Desktop or QuickBooks Online. We provide daily, weekly or monthly services depending on your needs and can handle your day-to-day bookkeeping or we can support you or your existing bookkeeping staff by handling the more difficult tasks. We also provide clean up services of your existing QuickBooks file and set up services for a new QuickBooks file. Our initial consultation and also the initial review of an existing QuickBooks file is provided as a courtesy and is at no charge to you. We are Advanced Certified ProAdvisors in both QuickBooks desktop and in QuickBooks online. ProAdvisors are tested and certified by Intuit on an annual basis so you will always have a QuickBooks expert working on your books! We design bookkeeping packages specifically to meet the needs of your business. We typically will quote 3 prices with different cost levels for you to choose from to keep you within your budget.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have an extensive question and answer session so that we know exactly what your bookkeeping needs are. We will also spell out exactly what documents we will need from you in order to provide you with the best quality service.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an Advanced Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor and hold QuickBooks Certifications in all versions of QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online. I become certified as each new version becomes available.
