Introduction: I am dedicated to my clients and look at them as individuals rather than a "one size fits all" sort of training. I practice what I preach and motivate others by doing. I want you to reach your goals as much as you do. Beyond that, all I can say is that I honestly care about my clients and will do whatever I can to help you on your fitness journey. I love when a client excitedly tells me that a pair of pants they haven't worn in 3 years fits them. I love when a client reaches a goal and feel that sense of accomplishment. I love when a client is able to feel good in their body and how it changes the way they see themselves. I like helping people realize that their health is important and help them make it a priority. I like that I get to work with a variety of people and use my creative juices to design programs specifically for them to avoid plateau and boredom.

Jana Heath is the best at what she does. Her workouts are challenging but achievable, and after wards I am always so happy I went and I feel great all day. She is everything you want in a fitness instructor: knowledgeable, educated, experienced, creative (her workouts are never dull), inspiring and kind. Everyone in our boot camp class adores her. You're in good hands with Jana because of her knowledge about the body, exercise and nutrition. For example, last year I fractured a bone in my hand, and she always had a modification for me so I could still get a great work out. We have a lot of laughs while we work hard. She also sends out the best emails and blogs about all kinds of topics. She had a few month-long challenges for us that were really fun, too. And last of all, I lost inches.

When I first started working with Jana I thought I was in pretty good shape. But what I didn't realize was that my core was weak. Jana's boot camp was exactly what I needed to round out my exercise regime. I was amazed at the difference after only a few short weeks. Even though it was a tough 'boot camp' workout, Jana always gave alternatives if you couldn't quite perform the 'exact' move, always encouraging & very much inspiring. Not only was it a great workout, but Jana would answer questions about diet fads, fitness trends, and weight loss hurdles & pitfalls. I would not hesitate to recommend Jana's training or advice to anyone! I'd even offer to show them my new six-pack!! Thanks Jana!!!

After two children, Jana helped me get back into shape. I feel stronger, have more energy, better muscle definition and an overall improved fitness. I enjoy the cardio workout I get from her zumba classes and the muscle tone I've gained from her weekly bootcamp and I actually look forward to my weekly classes! Jana has helped me pinpoint the areas I want to focus on for my personal fitness and has helped me get back into those pre-pregnancy jeans I hadn't worn for more than three years!
