- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is fair and accurate and is easily explained via phone calls or messaging. We don't have any hidden fees or "upsells" once we are on site.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We take time to learn about our clients needs and concerns, properly assess the work that is to be done, and offer a fair and accurate price for the job. If a client isn't happy with the work that is done we will do whatever it takes to make it right.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bryce and Rushelle have been professionally cleaning for 7 years and fully understand the craft. We bring with us extensive knowledge or fiber and flooring types, appropriate cleaning chemistry, intelligent use of state of the art cleaning equipment, and the very best customer service that can be offered.
