- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do indeed have a fixed pricing system. We offer services to both residential and commercial areas for interior decorating which starts at 55$ an hour. We also offer services to both residential and commercial areas for professional organizing for people dealing with depression, ADD, ADHD, OCD, etc starting at 45$ an hour. We also recently added dog walking/dog sitting to our list of professions. Our dog walking services start at 15.50$ an hour and dog sitting starts at 75$ a day. But we definitely can work within the clients budget for any services they are requesting.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process is very simple and easy going! We first send out our quotes to hopeful clients we think we can have an everlasting connection with. Then if we are selected, we have a meet and greet where we can sit down and learn more about each other, and more specifically, if we are a good fit for one another to do great business with. At that point, our company will listen to our client's every wish and need and do the best we can to make their vision a reality because after all, we are trying to make every one of our client's design and organizing dreams come true!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Aside from doing this type of work since I was young, I graduated from Quality of Course Design School in 2015 and then also graduated from Quality of Course Event School a year later in 2016 which are both located in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada.
