FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The main thing a client should know about our pricing or any studios pricing, is does the price match with the experience and the equipment? I would ask the client, to ask a studio to name three pieces of equipment that they will be using to record the client's project. Asked for the model number of the equipment and then go online and research the equipment. This way you will be able to see how much the studio owner values their studio, which means that same attention will be given to your project whether it's good or bad, hi or low. we have hourly, Block time, including DAY Block time, and artist development jaxsnmusic.com/pages/studio_rates.html
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Jaxsn music offers many services that have a different ways of handling a project. But ultimately each flow has a foundation. We speak over the phone to help decide which service is best for the client, Payment would be made online, over the phone, or in person. Then we will schedule an appointment to have a studio session. When they come in on the session day, I would write down certain things to allow the session to move efficiently so we won't waste valuable time, but the Artist would not be rushed into working their talent.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My education and training range from: College. Working with established other producers engineers. Trial and Error. Publications. And discipline to take my studio apart and put it back together, Monthly.
