Highly skilled and knowledgeable about insulating and securing your property from the elements and rodents. We had our basement done and couldnt be happier! Paul and Maurice were friendly, patient and incredibly detail oriented. They did a superlative job, and left the worksite cleaner than they found it. I look forward to their coming back to insulate the attic next year.

My home had several issues. The most concerning was the darker colored areas on the ceiling, my daughter's room's wall "sweating", the bathroom vent was dripping water even before any shower was taken, and the house was just plain cold. Fogarty's was able to confirm, explain and fix each concern with their full attic insulation. Photographing the process. Is it odd that I think my attic is now beautiful? They were professional and the job was done in the time they promised. They even found an issue with my roof (unrelated to the bathroom vent) and had that project handled for me! I am now going into our second winter with our new attic. The house is holding heat and the AC in better. My daughter's room is no longer sweating on warm winter days. I am now confident I can repaint my ceilings and the "discoloration" won't return (these ceiling stains were caused by NO insulation, turning those spots of ceiling into an 'air filters'). And I am done replacing bathroom vents.I will absolutely be using them for my next home energy projects.***Update 11/21/2023Used Fogarty's again for Foundation Insulation and Insulate of one exterior wall. (Spray foam insulation and air sealing of the basement foundation. Plus blow-in insulation of bathroom exterior wall.My basement was cold and drafty; You could see the cobwebs sway. Chipmunks also hid and kept warm in those walls. Happy to say there is no more breeze, and those chipmunks can't get in now.

In 2019, when I bought my home, I reached out to Fogarty’s Home Services about my concerns in my new home. Once the specialist came out and helped identify the concerns I had it was a no brainer to have Fogarty’s help me fix the problems. The process was professional from beginning to end. So much so that in 2021 I reached back out to Fogarty’s when it was time to do my roof. Once again the process was great. Informative, painless and I couldn’t have found a better contractor to help me. Fantastic company with top of the line integrity.
