What we asked to be done was not done. We were charged $350 for Devon to blow leaves. What we asked for was weeding, trimming of shrubs and mulching. We also asked that the job not be started until someone was home and that was not done either.

I am not sure what you are reviewing, I responded letting you know we are not available today until Tuesday. We do have a schedule on which we work and we are not able to add last minute customers same day. The fact that you prior contractor has not showed up for two weeks is unfortunate but doesn't mean we are responsible.
