She arrived 30 minutes late to our event when we had requested that we wanted to take some family pictures before the guests arrived. While she took money off our final bill for being late we did not get the family pictures we wanted. During the event when we asked her regarding lighting and placement of our arch she reassured us to not worry as she will be able to lighten pictures. We waited two weeks for pictures to arrive via email. Upon reviewing the pictures they were not edited as they were either yellow, blurry, or taken on an angle (not straight). She then stated that she would revisit the pictures. We waited another two weeks and contacted her again to be told she’s been extremely busy. It’s now been over a month since our event and we do not have the pictures she promised. We are disappointed in the quality of work we received and the lack of communication from her end.

I work with each client to create a package based on their needs and budget.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Let me know what your vision is and I will work with you to bring it to life. Standard contracts will be drafted to create an understanding of what both the client and I will be receiving. This also includes a photo release contract where you can give or deny permission for your photos to be used on our social platforms.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am both a self taught photographer and attend courses at Central Connecticut State University.
