I spoke with the project manager, I gave him the details about thedamage, this was for one of my rental properties, we setup a date for him to meet with the tenant cause I was not available.they were there for the time and date we agreed on, and the restoration was completed in a timely fashion. The communication within that time frame was great I was sent infrared videos of damaged area to show that the area was cleared of all contamination.I'm completely satisfied with the job and I would recommend them to family and friends.
