- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a billable hourly rate, or, a flat rate per project, or, a combination of both. Whatever is the least expensive blend for the client.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ask them to take a good, long look at our website, since it has far more useful information there than this short profile. I like to have an initial phone call (there's no charge to the client for this first call) with the client to make certain our skills and services match up with their business needs. Then, we go from there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have decades of successful experience in the business services I offer small business owners - marketing, internet marketing, business case development, strategic planning, etc.
