- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide a base range for events. We are also able to provide volume discounts. For events over $1000, we require a 50% deposit.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We talk about your event to get an accurate idea of what you're looking for in both menu, service level, and budget. We'll provide numerous options in order to meet your expectations. Once you've made your choices we'll draw up a formal proposal and quote. From there we draw up a catering agreement and collect a 50% deposit to reserve your event date with the balance due 30 days prior.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
20 years in the industry with a Bachelor's degree in both Culinary Arts and Culinary Nutrition. Serv Safe Certification for sanitation.
