MRM Service was the first ones to respond and they were able to come out within a few hours. Mike had a good understanding of the issue just by checking the outside unit. He quickly verified his theory with his tools, walked me thur the quote. My ac unit wasn't in too bad a shape and had the parts in his van so he repaired right then. Mike walked me thru some basic maintenence to help the unit last a little longer and let me know what I will probably see happen in the next few years. The pricing was reasonable and the service excellent! Will definitely call on them again!!!

Building trust. Making process as smooth as possible.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Lincoln tech graduate, worked for 3 of the top companies in the area. CFC Certified/ NATE certified. Attend plenty of training courses dealing with all major brands and still attending. Can never learn enough.
