FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing depends on the size of the project, the scope of work, material selections, and the overall complexity of the job. We don’t believe in giving unrealistic “cheap” pricing just to get in the door. We focus on quality work, good communication, and making sure the job is done the right way from start to finish. For larger projects, payments are usually broken up into phases as the work progresses. We also make sure everything is clearly outlined before the project starts so there’s transparency on both sides. We’re always open to working with clients to find solutions that make sense for their vision and budget while still maintaining the quality of the work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process usually starts with a phone call or walkthrough so we can better understand the client’s goals, vision, timeline, and overall scope of work. From there, we’ll take measurements, assess the space, and discuss design ideas, functionality, materials, and any structural or layout considerations if needed. Once we have a clear understanding of the project, we put together a detailed estimate and scope of work outlining exactly what’s included. After approval, we move into scheduling, material coordination, and project planning before construction begins. Throughout the project, we stay in communication with the client and keep things organized, clean, and moving efficiently. Our goal is to make the process feel smooth, transparent, and well-managed from beginning to end.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our background comes from a combination of real-world construction experience, project management, real estate investing, and hands-on renovation work across multiple types of residential projects. Over the years, we’ve worked on everything from flooring, kitchens, bathrooms, and drywall to larger-scale renovations, layout changes, and full property improvements. We also come from a real estate and development background, which gives us a strong understanding of budgeting, construction planning, long-term durability, and the importance of doing work that not only looks good but adds real value to the property. In addition to hands-on field experience, we continuously study building methods, materials, construction systems, and project coordination to improve the quality of our work and overall client experience.
