Having hired multiple pros through thumbtack, I’ve learned that responsiveness and communication really are key for a good experience, and Benji is one of the best. I hired him to finish stripping, sanding, and then stain some original door and window trim in my apartment. He and his assistant Angela were always responsive about the job, timing, and my questions. He’s very soft spoken and easy to work with, and did a great job on what I asked. The price was fair and included more than other pros, and most importantly I felt good leaving original, historic wood details in his hands. And, a true professional, offered to come back and fix things if I identified any issues. I would not hesitate to hire Benji again!

Benji helped me with painting and creating a archway in my hallway. I am very pleased with his work. I will say it took longer than expected but he was very accommodating with my timeline.

I had the absolute best experience with Benji. He is very kind. He does fantastic work. I needed a bathroom floor completed at the last minute. He did sm awesome job. Angela came to see the job and got back to me with a very fair quote. Benji showed up the next day and completed the job in fine style. He did an excellent job. The spirit of excellence is truly upon him. Outside of his work he is a wonderful man.
