- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Virtual Estimates Virtual estimates are free . Please send pics or videos of your project. If we can determine the price without coming out we will. Advance Deposit To schedule a job we require a deposit in advance and remainder at completion. We will send you an invoice . You can pay via most payment methods other than check. Cancellation Fee: Reschedule your project for free. 50% cancellation fee after scheduling.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process for working with a new customer is to first view the project either virtually (pics or video) or in person. We will ask any questions that we need to know before determining an estimate and answer all of your questions. Usually materials are paid by the client. In most cases paid directly to the supply house . The Pro Desk at Home Depot or Lowe’s will call you directly for payment. If it is a small job you can send the material cost to us in store and we’ll pay.
