- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices are negotiable. First time and repeat customer discounts can/will apply.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Ensuring that the music/sound is EXACTLY what the promoter and partygoers are expecting to hear. My job is to get the party started and keep it going. I work with the client to provide the entertainment factor that is appropriate for the event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Senior Manager in a Fortune 500 company and work with all types of people from managers to customers and staff. I also used to run/manage a nightclub for 10-11 years so I understand how to work with club owners and promoters and can be an asset to assisting with solidifying what can/will be needed to put on a fun and exciting event.
