- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I'm always willing to work with customers on pricing that works for both of us, the provided quote is not hard and fast.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Obviously first and foremost, seeing the customer in person is key, as their face is the proposed canvas. This also helps me to identify certain skin attributes that inform other skincare and makeup choices. I usually let them guide me with what they are desiring and comfortable with prior to providing any feedback and recommended changes if necessary. If they provide pictures, or mention seeing a look on someone else, I help manage expectations of their individual outcome.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Makeup Artistry and Special Effects Certification from RPM Academy. Train regularly with established professional hair and makeup artists. Trained with celebrity, fashion, and runway makeup artist Lottie Stannard.
