- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$200 for the first hour. $100 for each additional hour. For videography its $250 first hour and $200 for each additional hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We do a phone discussion with our client first to understand their needs and requirements. Once we have fully understood the details, we draft a contract and specifically mention all the things we can do and we can't do. Once the client fully understands the terms and conditions, then only we move forward and take the 50% advance payment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our head photographer has 11 years of experience under his belt. Our assistant photographers have 6 and 1.5 years of experience respectively under their belt. All our photographers are self taught and have passion for photography. For them photography is not a service for which they get paid for, but instead for them it is a medium of spreading happiness.
