- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The main thing about fees is you get what you pay for, so plan your budget accordingly. I’m a seasoned professional with lots of training and experience. I will sometimes do discounts for nonprofits, multi-family projects, or multi-day conferences.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication/consultation is key, so I always do some kind of preparatory consult both to explore scope and expectations but as important, to establish a working rapport with the team I’ll be working with, both your people and mine should it be necessary.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a graduate degree in fine art (MFA); past member of Professional Photographers of America. I have worked in event planning, publications, grant writing, marketing; i also have experience as a drummer and amateur actor so I’m familiar with a lot of critical backstage activity that goes into complex events.
