- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All Pros have different pricing and most Pros are very competitive. We charge what the job is worth. We never short ourselves just to get the work because anything can happen during the process. We stand by our work and give warranties on all our jobs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We try and get to know the customer first and find out exactly what they want and how much they want to spend so we don’t waste each other’s time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All our education and experience comes from hands on. We learned all our skills from some of the best construction workers in the business.
