What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Cancellations:
I require at least 48 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment.
If less than 48 hours notice is provided, you will be charged for the session regardless of the reason for the late cancellation.
Discounts:
I give a discount to my existing clients for any referrals that lead to new customers.
Gift Cards:
Gift cards are nonrefundable, but the full amount can be applied toward any of my services—including wardrobe analysis, personal shopping, bespoke clothing, and styling.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will schedule an initial 15 minute phone consultation where the client can discuss their wants and needs. I will then suggest different service options that I offer and explain the process for each service.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
