- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Cancellations: I require at least 48 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. If less than 48 hours notice is provided, you will be charged for the session regardless of the reason for the late cancellation. Discounts: I give a discount to my existing clients for any referrals that lead to new customers. Gift Cards: Gift cards are nonrefundable, but the full amount can be applied toward any of my services—including wardrobe analysis, personal shopping, bespoke clothing, and styling.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will schedule an initial 15 minute phone consultation where the client can discuss their wants and needs. I will then suggest different service options that I offer and explain the process for each service.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started as a certified dating and relationship coach, helping clients show up confidently to attract the right partner. Over time, I realized that presentation was the missing link—not just in dating, but in every area of life. That insight led me to expand into image consulting, earning two advanced diplomas from the London College of Style. Now, I help high-achieving professionals align their image with the next level of their success.
