- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is hourly. A discounted hourly rate will be offered for packages of 10 hours or more. An one-hour deposit is required to book an appointment. For in-person session, significant transit time will be added to the total hours for each session. A summary of charges will be provided at the end of the session. All cancellation requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to the start of the appointment. Rescheduling requests should be made at least 24 hours prior to the start of the appointment, however same day requests are permitted under special circumstances. For cancellations made in compliance to the policy, a full refund of the deposit will be granted. Otherwise, the deposit is non-refundable. Exceptions can be made on a case-by-case basis. For rescheduling request made in compliance to the policy, the deposit can be applied to the rescheduled session. Otherwise, the deposit is non-refundable and a new deposit has to be made for the rescheduled session.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would like to have a call with the new client, to get to know them and their fashion goals before we start the fashion journey together. I would also like to answer any questions that the client might have. Then we schedule for the first appointment at which a deposit is required. Overall, I think it's important to establish common understanding, trust, and open communication with all clients in order to have a positive working relationship.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied Apparel Design in college and have many years of retail experiences working with brand names like: Guess by Marciano, BCBGMaxazria, Yigal Azrouel, Maje, and Saks Fifth Avenue. I have worked with a variety of customers in understanding and meeting their individual style needs. I have obtained the "Personal Stylist Certification" from School of Style.
