What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My hourly rate is $100 an hour. Working with me one on one is the most premium and personalized way to get styled. With that being said, I also offer various programs that allow you to have text access to me rather than one on one video chat styling. These prices would be lower than my hourly rate.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually the way I work is first we will hop on a free 10 minute call for you to discover what working with me will look like. Then after, there will be a one hour consultation call. I'll get a feel for your current style, ideal look and personal preferences. After the initial consultation, I'll build you a custom package that exactly fits your needs and budget.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a professional stylist for 3 years now. I studied fashion marketing for a year in Italy and prior to becoming an independent stylist, worked fashion retail for 4 years. Beyond formal education, I draw my inspiration from magazines, international trends, blogs and style guides.
