Washington Builders renovated our first floor including new flooring, trim, paint, and lighting. Ken kept us updated throughout the project and the quality of work was excellent. The crew was professional, responsive, and completed everything on schedule. We would absolutely hire them again

If you’re looking for someone who can transform your home into something straight out of a design magazine, look no further than Ken Kelley. Don’t hesitate for a second. Ken completely renovated our kitchen, living room, and guest bathroom, taking the space from outdated and tired to fully gutted and rebuilt into the home we always dreamed of. What makes Ken truly rare is that he brings the best of three worlds in one person: the reliability and execution of a seasoned general contractor, the vision and creativity of a talented interior designer, and the organization and communication of a professional project manager. That combination is nearly impossible to find, and it shows in the finished product. Ken was deeply involved in every detail, from material and appliance selection to the finishing touches, but never lost sight of our personal taste and style. He listened, he guided, and he delivered. On time. At a level far beyond what we expected. We trusted him so much that he came back to renovate our teenage son’s room, and we’re now planning a full upstairs renovation with him. That says everything. If you have high standards and want a contractor you can genuinely trust to meet them, Ken Kelley is your person. Hire him!

We had an excellent experience with our basement contractors from start to finish. Kenny and his team were professional, communicative, and truly brought our exact vision to life. The quality of the work exceeded our expectations, and they completed the project in a timely manner without cutting corners. What really stood out was their attention to detail and the thoughtful suggestions Kenny made throughout the process, which ended up making the space even better than we originally imagined. The entire team was reliable, respectful, and easy to work with. Overall, everything about the experience was great, and we couldn’t be happier with how our basement turned out. I highly recommend!
