- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We invest heavily to understand your expectations for a specific project outcome and work with your budget to achieve it. You can expect several cost options from us from a low, medium, to high, and from less customized world to high-end craftsmanship. We do not say yes to every job, we say to every job that matches our expertise.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You will be contacted within 24 hours. We will schedule an appointment with you. We will be on time. We will be presentable and professional. We will educate on the particulars of the project. We don't use aggressive sales tactics to close a deal. We do everything to inform you so that you can a decision you're comfortable with. The scope of work to be done will be clearly written and any changes must be documented and signed off by you (customer). We will provide a schedule for work to be performed and we will stick to it. We will provide daily updates to keep you abreast of the progress and challenges. We will keep the site clean and respect your neighbors.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 30 years of collective experience in the home remodeling industry. We founded the company in 2019 but we have tremendous in-house experienced craftsmen.
