R & A Contractors did a phenomenal job on my bathroom remodel. Rosemary was amazing to work with. She was responsive, punctual, and had great follow through! She said that the project would take 2 weeks, and it did in fact, take 2 weeks! She also was very transparent with the budget. There were no extra surprises. Her contractors too were extremely professional and trustworthy. I live in a small condo, and they took great care of my house during demo without putting dings or scraps on my walls, floors, or entryways. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to my neighbors!

We used R&A to completely gut and remodel our kitchen. Overall I was very happy with the work. Joel is very detailed oriented and hard worker. I grew up working in the custom home building industry so I had pretty high expectations for things and understand how much things should cost. With the exception of a few small things, their pricing is very reasonable for the DC area. R&A was responsive to changes throughout the project and fixed anything I pointed out. Would recommend them!

Working with Rosemary and the team has been an amazing experience. The guys showed up everyday and on time resulting in fast and efficient results. Rosemary was awesome and great at giving her sound advice in reference to my project. She was also very helpful at suggesting options for bath fixtures, tile, and the overall functionality and style of my bathroom. I love my bathroom! Working with Rosemary was great, she helped us out of a tough situation with a bad contractor and a stop work order. She helped advise us on getting the necessary permit, provided an architect for drawings, and picked up where the other guy left. The cost was decent, not the cheapest, but less than other quotes I received. My only drawback was that the inspector needed to come back multiple times for missed items on the plans (the railing did not match the original drawings and the stair treads were too short) but it was all fixable and passed inspection in the end. I would recommend working with them if you are looking for home repairs
