FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing comes in two different ways. First, the customer buys materials, and then I charge for labor only. Second, contracting, which means I will buy materials and cover all costs, including labor, materials, and miscellaneous expenses. My prices are generally not expensive at all. I put myself in my customer`s shoes and always try my best to save them money as much as I can.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Sharing videos and photos is a time saver. Estimates, for big jobs, can be mostly done by visiting the work site. On the other hand, small jobs can be estimated on the phone by sharing pics or videos.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a talented contractor. Have a solid experience in construction and home improvements since childhood. Will be joining the Home Inspection field soon, as well. In addition, I have an educational background in decoration and interior design. This is how my company`s name was created by adding initials together and ending up with iMindes LLC. Definitely, I've got your back!
