Introduction: General and specialized services that may be provided through Robert A. Royster Jr. of Midway Janitorial Services, LLC can be negotiated through weekly, biweekly, monthly and quarterly schedules. These services may also include and exclude services based on the wants and needs of each specific property and contract. These services may also be provided on a on-call or as needed basis. However, discounts and pricing rates are more beneficial with contractual services. Prices are determined by various measurable standards which will be determined after on-site inspections. The areas where services are valuable include the following: * Overall residential and commercial cleaning as needed or as specified by the owner/s * During move-in and move-out phases of specific units, MJS, LLC will revamp floors and carpets, professionally clean windows, thoroughly wash appliances as well as clean walls (consists of wipe downs, baseboards and painting if needed) to rid property of previous general usage. * After reconstruction of a property, MJS, LLC can provide professional cleaning as needed to rid premises of construction dust, dirt, debris and other things that are encountered and incurred with construction. Removal of grout, putty, and tar; wipe downs, etc. are done as well. * General lawn care and maintenance of property; this will consist of cutting of grass and maintaining hedges on the property. This also consists of picking up trash around premises and bringing an overall improvement of property by maintaining cleanliness and appearance. * Professional maintenance of hallways, steps, stairwells, patios and porches; sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, trash pickup, waxing, carpet cleaning, and painting if needed * Professional window cleaning and mineral treatment to enhance brilliance and clarity of homes and/or businesses * Professional shampooing and deodorizing of carpet in the home and/or business to refresh and improve overall appearance
