- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is no 'complicated pricing system.' I ask for one third down of the total cost during the survey. I also have a contract that must be signed. The contract documents include the payment arrangement. The client has to sign the contract before any work commences. The balance is paid when the computer document is finished .
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ask for their general needs; addition to an existing structure, or renovation? new detached building? how many stories? square feet or area? whether they need a full set of plans (HVAC, Elec. plumbing)? And based on this I can give an estimate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The last continuing education I have done was to get an estimate of how much it costs to go back to school. It costs $ 17,000.00 to go to American Career Institute for an 'IT Engineer Certificate'. It also costs $ 27,000.00, full tuition for a Digital Graphics Certificate at Boston University in Georg-town, Washington DC.
