Introduction
I started my career as an immigration attorney over 6 years ago and during this time I have handled complex employment-based immigration matters for corporations and individuals from a wide variety of industries as well as a variety of non-immigrant and immigrant visa issues including E-1/E-2, O-1, AOS, H-1Bs, EB-2 category Adjustment of Status.
I have extensive experience with Physician and Tech based H-1B petitions, PERMs and I-140 petitions. I assist clients in all related matters including LCA compliance, Ability to Pay issues, Compliance with Employee Recruitment regulations, Cap issues, Consular Processing, and Prevailing Wage compliance. In addition, I have represented hundreds of clients in the Tech, Healthcare and Entertainment industries on a wide range of employment-based immigration matters.
I also deal with all aspects of J-1 waiver petitions for Physicians through the Conrad 30 program and the Department of Health and Human Services. I have successfully prepared J-1 Waiver petitions in California, New Mexico, Wisconsin, Washington, Montana, Michigan and Illinois.

I would HIGHLY recommend Path Law Group- I had contacted several different Immigration Law Firms to get an initial consultation to answer a couple of very simple questions. All of the other law firms would not speak to me without accepting a "consultation fee" of $200+. Akshan answered on my first call, was more than willing to answer my questions and advised me accordingly without charging me a fee. In the event that I would have needed his services, I would have hired him on the spot. He diligently listened to me, was very professional, and gave me the legal advice I needed to hear to move forward.
