- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a four call minimum because coaching is usually a process that requires more than one call. The price for four calls is $200.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
During the first client session, we will talk about some goals and struggles and what the client would like to get out of the coaching process and how we can make sure our working relationship is a success. Throughout our time together, we will be checking on your goals and your growth to ensure that you are progressing as you would like to. During every session, we will cover wins and setbacks to see what has occurred between our sessions and then we will discuss whatever coaching request you may have. At times, when it is necessary, I may request you have some "homework" or some actions you can take between sessions to help you grow and strengthen in your coaching journey. In-between sessions, I am available via email and will respond with 24 hours, in case you need support and motivation.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
In 2013 I began to explore personal development and started working with my own life coach. At the time, I was in an unhealthy relationship, suffering from anxiety, was overweight and unfulfilled in my job. In time, I began to make serious changes in my life, ended my relationship, cured myself of panic attacks, lost 30 pounds and started my own marketing consulting business. Through building my own business and creating the life I had always wanted, I began to see the power of coaching. I started off coaching others in how to build their own businesses but as I earned more certifications and learned more about my industry, I began to branch out into life coaching to help even more people create change, increase their confidence and change their lives.
