What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All of my new customers receive my fist timers discount and an additional $10 off for yourself and your guest each session after if you refer or bring a friend. In me initial consultation I always ask my customers to pin point and areas that they think will need any special attention and get to know what they expect for the ending result.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been certified in makeup artistry and I have my bachelors in fashion merchandising. Additional I worked as an apprentice for 4 years under a celebrity stylist/makeup artist.
