- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I base prices off the services request,the amount of people needing services and the duration of time to complete the services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For all new clients I introduce myself and give them my background history try to build a report with them. Typically for makeup I like to do consultations with new customers to see what their needs are and the desired look,also to asses their skin and see what products work well for them. Some clients may not always want a consultation, so in that event I still try to get a feel for what the client wants or doesn’t want, and for the best of my ability achieve there desired look.
