- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Although we do have a 2 hour minimum we do not have any hidden fees. The take pride in being an honest moving company where our customers can feel confident and stress free.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first like to get a general idea of what the customer needs and if we would be there best option. If we are a good fit, we will then give you a quote which is absolutely free. If the customer is satisfied with the quote we then schedule a moving date and create a work order. Finally provide a 5 star moving experience.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 12 years of problem solving and customer service experience. As a company we have over 15 years of moving experience with your local moves next door as well as the long distance moves across the country. We have done it all. We have done everything from coming out to your house to move a piece of furniture to 7 bedroom homes as well as hotels and office buildings. You name it , we can move it.
