  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    Our pricing is competitively priced, transparent, with no surprises based on the following factors: Truck: Milage,Gas, Driver and regular servicing. Truck fees range depending on the size of the truck needed for your move, the moving season, demand and availability. Labor: Professional Movers are paid hourly from the moment they leave our offices, until they return. Each additional mover added a job increases the minimum expenses. However, you'll most likely recover the upfront expenses through reduced total time/hours spent on your move. Saving you money at the conclusion of the job. Furniture Protection and Wrapping: Included* - This included service saves you a minimum of $100 in supplies and equipment rentals.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    We pride ourselves on taking the time needed to fully understand all the needs of the job. Questions and site visits are critical in providing a detailed estimate thats accurate.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    All our staff have been trained and have multiple certifications in a variety of disciplines. Our staff regular attends trainings and evaluations to insure a consistent quality of service.
