- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our services start at $275 per month, are priced based on the scope of work and transaction volume. Cleanup projects, reconciliations, and financial organization services are priced according to the complexity of the records. Final pricing is always discussed during the consultation, so clients receive clear expectations before work begins.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with an initial consultation to understand your business, current bookkeeping setup, and needs. From there, we define the scope of work, hourly rate, and timeline. Once engaged, we complete onboarding, review existing records, address any cleanup needs, and then transition into ongoing bookkeeping with regular communication and reporting.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our bookkeeping services are led by Junior Streeter, our Bookkeeping Specialist, who holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Accounting and a Master’s degree in Project Management, providing both strong accounting knowledge and structured financial oversight.
