What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Rental fees and editing are not included with discounts or special offers Pricing will vary per project based on the demands of the client and what is required to meet those demands based on my professional opinion.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After you reach out I will respond with my availability. After confirming availability I will schedule an introduction call where we can discuss your vision/photography needs in more detail, discuss pricing for the job (including any required equipment and estimated editing hours), and general logistics required to bring your idea to life.
After your intake call I will follow up with a quote for the service we discuss and a contract outlining the services I will be providing, payment plans, and other terms and conditions. After signing of the contract and initial deposit we're confirmed! I will be available to discuss ideas and concepts related to your project as needed leading up to the date of your shoot.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received some formal training from Columbia College Chicago in documentary film and photojournalism.
